2. Service Nature

TheNexzen provides a manual fleet management system including:

• Odometer tracking
• Fuel logs
• Service/wash logs

3. User Responsibility

Users agree:

• All data entered is accurate
• No manipulation of records (odometer, logs, etc.)
• No unauthorized access or misuse

4. B2B Responsibility Model

We provide only the platform. Each business is solely responsible for:

• Their operations
• Customer/vendor data
• Financial transactions

5. Account Security

Businesses must:

• Protect login credentials
• Manage user roles internally

6. Subscription & Billing

• Platform operates on subscription basis
• Payments processed via Razorpay
• Non-payment may result in suspension

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Business losses
• Data inaccuracies
• Operational decisions made using the platform

8. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Termination

We may suspend accounts for:

• Policy violations
• Misuse
• Non-payment

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law.
