1. Subscription Model
TheNexzen operates on a prepaid subscription basis.
NONo Refund Policy
All payments made to TheNexzen for subscription services are non-refundable.
3. Credit Adjustment
In special cases, at our sole discretion, payments may be converted into account credits or adjusted in future billing cycles.
4. Tenant Responsibility
Businesses using the platform are solely responsible for:
- Their own customer payments
- Refund handling
- Financial policies
TheNexzen does not manage or interfere in tenant-level transactions.
5. Cancellation
Businesses may cancel their subscription at any time. Access to the platform remains active until the end of the current subscription expiry period.
